We are pleased to announce the promotion of Sam Ober to Portfolio Manager at Howland Capital.

Sam joined our firm in 2020 as an intern with the Investment Team, quickly showcasing his commitment to excellence and his aptitude for rigorous financial analysis. As an analyst, he has conducted investment research spanning multiple sectors and asset classes, with a particular emphasis on equities. He continues to add value through his diligence and keen ability to identify new investment opportunities.

Sam earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Babson College. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation and is an active member of the CFA Society Boston, reflecting both his dedication to professional development and his embrace of all things investment-related.

This promotion recognizes Sam’s outstanding contributions and growth during his time at Howland Capital. Please join us in congratulating Sam Ober on this well-deserved achievement and wishing him continued success in his new role.
