Russel joined Howland Capital in 2025 as an Operations Specialist.

 

He graduated from Boston University in 2024 with a B.S. in Advertising. He interned with Quilt.AI, an AI startup, as a Data Analyst. Since then, he has obtained the Series 65 license and Life and Health Insurance producer licenses.

 

In his free time, he enjoys hiking the Blue Hills, rooting for Boston’s sports teams, and volunteering at SquashBusters.
